继 2025 年 5 月资本金增至 1,000 万日元后，我司连续两年实施增资。此举旨在进一步夯实业务基础、提升企业对外的信用实力，并为公司的长远发展提供坚实的财务保障。

Excellence Japan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Wang Kai) is pleased to announce that it has increased its capital by 15 million JPY as of Mar. 23, 2026, bringing the total capital to 25 million JPY.

Following our previous capital increase to 10 million JPY in May 2025, this second consecutive annual increase aims to further solidify our business foundation and enhance our corporate credibility.

With this capital increase, we have significantly strengthened our financial structure and will accelerate the following strategic initiatives:

• Handling Large-Scale      Projects and High-Level Licensing Cases: We will build stronger      partnerships with public institutions and major corporations for      large-scale projects that require stringent capital requirements and high      levels of institutional trust.
• Deepening Support for      Global Investment and Corporate Management: We will maintain and      expand our support system for foreign investors and international      companies, providing long-term, reliable assistance—from establishing      Japanese entities to legal affairs, real estate, and operational support.
