本公司现阶段主要开展法务、企业与技术支援、投资移民等专项服务。鉴于未来扩大组织规模及提升各部门整体运营效率，经研判，认定于东京都心部设立新核心据点具有其必要性。此举旨在构筑更为稳固的业务基础，以期实现业务的持续性发展。

（二）交通通达性：该区域周边汇集6个车站及9条铁路路线。邻近地铁　千代田线、丸之内线及新宿线的各车站，且徒步可达JR中央线及总武线“御茶水”站。

Notice of Acquisition of Land for Construction of New Corporate Office Building

Excellence Japan Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Gai Ou) is pleased to announce the acquisition of land in Kanda-Ogawamachi, Chiyoda-ku, for the construction of a new corporate office building. This acquisition aims to support future business expansion and further strengthen our customer service delivery framework.

■ Background and Purpose of Acquisition

To date, our company has developed a diversified range of specialized services in the fields of legal affairs, corporate and technical support, investment immigration, and tourism. Anticipating further organizational expansion and the need to enhance operational efficiency across our group companies, we determined that establishing a new central hub in the heart of Tokyo is essential.

By constructing our own office building on this site, we will create a more accessible and welcoming environment for our clients while establishing a robust business foundation to drive our sustainable growth.

The newly acquired site is located in Kanda-Ogawamachi, Chiyoda-ku. It boasts exceptional transportation access, being in close proximity to stations on the Chiyoda, Marunouchi, and Toei Shinjuku subway lines, as well as within walking distance of Ochanomizu Station on the JR Chuo and Sobu lines.
